47-year-old David Dawkins has sadly passed away. David died following a Saturday morning shooting. The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. on August 24. in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.’
Officers responded to the scene for a shooting report. Upon arrival, officers found an individual suffering from gunshot wound. He was taken to an area hospital in critical condition. Another victim was then found unresponsive with gunshot wound.
The exact circumstances of the incident is unknown at this time.
