27-year-old Jessica Perez Ocampo has sadly passed away. Jessica died following a fire incident in Toronto. The fire erupted the basement of a home on Rusholme Road north of College Street in Toronto.
Jessica was pronounced dead on scene, while second victim who died in hospital has been identified as Roberto Mendez. The two were reportedly in a relationship.
