Yvette Fuller, 50 has sadly passed away. Yvette died following a shooting in Decatur on Thursday evening. The shooting occurred near Big Lots on 6th Avenue just after 4:20 p.m.
Law enforcement officials responded to the scene for shooting report. Upon arrival, officers found Yvette and a male inside the vehicle suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Yvette was pronounced dead at the scene. The man was transported to a hospital.
The man’s condition is unknown at this time. Investigation is actively ongoing.
