15-year-old Mario Giddings of Toronto has sadly passed away. Mario died following a shooting on Labour Day in North York. The shooting occurred in the area of Black Creek Drive and Trethewey Drive on Monday.
Officers responded to the scene for a shooting report. Mario was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
