Tammy Bateman has sadly passed away. Tammy died after being hit by Winnipeg police who were driving on a walking path near the Fort Rouge Park encampment on September 2.
Tammy was pronounced dead after succumbing to her injuries. More on this crash will be available once we obtain further details.
