Charlene Chogo Howard sadly passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024, at 10:33 PM. Surrounded by her family and close loved ones. Charlene died in an accident. Charlene died after being involved in a car accident on September 14th.
Emergency service responded to the scene. Charlene was transported to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead. Adner Marcelin is organizing a Gofundme to help ease funeral financial burden.
