Domingo Carrillo has sadly passed away. Carrillo died age 16 following a shooting in Red Bluff on Friday. Law enforcement officials and emergency crews responded to the scene for a shooting report.
Upon arrival, officers found the victim with apparent gunshot wound. Carrillo died from gunshot wounds to his upper body Carrillo was a student in the Independent Study Program. This program goes through the high school to do school from home.
