26-year-old Jawaun Jackson of Washington, DC has sadly passed away. Jawaun died following a fatal shooting. The shooting occurred on the 2900 block of 52nd Ave. Police officers were called to the scene for a shooting report
Officers located a man suffering from apparent gunshot a wounds. Jawaun was pronounced dead on scene. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case.
