Jeff Shafer, Emergency Care Physician & EMS Medical Director In O Fallon, IL has sadly passed away. Marty Nungesser confirmed Jeff Shafer passing in a post on Facebook.
The post reads – “It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Jeff Shafer’s peaceful passing, with Jamie and his children by his side. Jeff’s legacy will live on in each of us, and the profound impact he has had on all our lives goes beyond what words can capture.
Many of you have expressed a desire to help with the celebration of Jeff’s life, and rest assured that everyone who wishes to participate will be included. Due to the scale of this event, we are designating specific points of contact to ensure that Jamie and the kids can focus on their family during this time.”
Jeff Shafer died from Angioedema. Dr. Jeff Shafer, is survived by his wife Jamie, & kids, Seth & Allison.
