Carrie Kwok, 66, was identified as the person who died following a shooting in Paul’s Lowertown neighborhood. Carrie was working on an art mural when she was fatally shot. The suspect in the homicide has been identified as Seantrell Tyreese Murdock.
He is now deceased, shot by St. Paul PD in Belle Plaine, where he lived, on Thursday morning. Murdock leaves behind four kids and was on his way to work when the shooting occurred.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the police shooting.
