MVC campus on lockdown due to shots fired near the vicinity of the college. incident in Skagit Valley College. The shooting occurred at Chinle High School located at 2405 E College Way, Mount Vernon, WA. Multiple Law enforcement officials and emergency crews responded to the area for shooting report.
