Mathew Penny obituary – Authorities identified the victims of the fatal car crash that occurred in Goshen as Mathew Penny, a man from Lockland, Ohio, Chloe Love, The third person Dezmond Jernigan, junior at CNE high school and lastly a a couple Andrea and Dustin.
