Dechia Arthur, Beacon High School student has sadly passed away. Arthur died following a shooting at a house party on 64th Street SW in Naples on Saturday evening. Dechia was a former Lely High School student.
Loved ones gathered at a memorial near the scene on Monday, leaving flowers and candles around her nickname, “DD.”
