Ricardo Velez Obituary – 42-year-old Ricardo Velez has sadly passed away. Ricardo died following an incident on the Warren Avenue bridge in Bremerton Sunday morning, November 24, 2024.
The cause of death is drowning with blunt trauma to the head as a contributing cause.
