LYNNWOOD, WA – December 12, 2024 – Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred earlier today near the 148th Street SW in Lynnwood. Law enforcement officers responded to a report of gunfire in the area, which led to the detainment of a driver and the discovery of a firearm in the backseat of the vehicle.
Following the incident, officers expanded their search to a nearby location at 15001 35th Ave W, specifically the A’Cappella Apartments, where authorities are looking for individuals believed to have fled the scene on foot. K9 units have been deployed to assist in tracking the suspects.
