Luis was a bright light in the lives of those who knew him. Known for his kindness, infectious smile, and unyielding determination, he was a cherished son, brother, friend, and colleague.
Luis will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love and resilience will live on in the hearts of those he touched. Police were investigating the accident.
