Authorities are investigating after a pregnant West Greenwich Mom of Two was found dead in her 15 Cheyenne trail home alongside her two kids in an apparent murder-suicide. According to report, her husband reportedly shot the family before turning the gun on himself.
Police officers responded to the scene for a welfare check at around 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 3. Upon arrival, officers found the deceased family with apparent gunshot wound. The woman was identified as escrow officer, Danielle Lynne Arruda, while her husband was identified as Nick Arruda.
Along with the Rhode Island State Police, the West Greenwich Police are investigating the apparent murder-suicide. her husband was identified as Nick Arruda.
Danielle Arruda was a paralegal working with the Marinosci Law Group in West Greenwich, Rhode Island. She was an escrow closing officer for real estate deals and had worked with the firm for close to two years, having taken the position in March 2023.
Danielle Lynne Arruda will be remembered for the joy she brought to others, her love for their family. May they rest in peace.
