Woolwich church street stabbing – Authorities are investigating after a 14-year-old boy died following a stabbing incident in Woolwich. The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon on a Route 472 bus on Woolwich Church Road near the junction with the A205 South Circular Road.
Officers responded to the scene after they received report of a teenage boy being stabbed on a bus this afternoon. Paramedics treated the teen boy at the scene in Woolwich but all effort to save him failed. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police cordons and road closures remain in place while emergency services carry out enquiries. The Met Police said no arrests have been made yet.Investigation into the incident is currently ongoing. Additional details will be provided when it becomes available.
