A shooting incident was reported just 11 minutes ago on the 1300 Block of Keene St., following a 911 call from a concerned individual who reported hearing gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 16-year-old male who had been struck by gunfire. Tragically, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
