Pompano Beach, FL – Authorities are currently responding to reports of shots fired just south of the Pompano Beach Pier, near the playground area. Multiple law enforcement units are on the scene, and additional units have been requested for backup. A helicopter has also been called in to assist with the investigation and search efforts.
At this time, details remain limited, and authorities are working to secure the area. No injuries have been reported yet. Witnesses are advised to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
