It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margie Cook, age 70, of Lexington, South Carolina. Margie passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2025, following a tragic two-vehicle collision on Sunset Boulevard.
Margie was a beloved member of the Lexington community and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was a kind-hearted and caring woman, known for her generosity and dedication to her family and friends. Her loss leaves a void in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
On that fateful day, Margie was pulling out of a parking lot in the 5000 block of Sunset Boulevard when her vehicle was struck by another traveling westbound. She was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
Margie is survived by her loving family, who take comfort in the wonderful memories she created with them throughout her life. Her legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will continue to inspire and guide her loved ones.
