It is with deep sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of 36-year-old Antonio Adolfo Vasquez of Trenton, New Jersey, who was involved in a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run accident on the night of Friday, April 5th, 2025, in Wilmington, Delaware. Antonio’s sudden and untimely death has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.
Antonio was a loving son, brother, and friend, known for his warm heart, kind nature, and commitment to those he loved. His infectious smile and generous spirit touched everyone who knew him, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of crossing his path.
The Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
