It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rihem Frisby, age 32, of Seaford, Delaware, who died after a fatal shooting in Seaford on the evening of April 8, 2024. Rihem lost his life to gun violence on Clarence Street, leaving behind family, friends, and a community devastated by his untimely death.
Born and raised in Seaford, Rihem was a familiar face to many — known for his warm smile, his loyalty to those he loved, and his deep roots in the community. He was a son, a friend, a brother, and a man with a kind soul who had so much more life to live.
As investigators continue to seek answers and justice, we hold close the memory of a life gone too soon. Rihem’s passing marks the second fatal shooting in Seaford in just a month — a painful reminder of the urgent need for peace, healing, and unity in our neighborhoods.
Though words can never truly capture the pain of this loss, we remember Rihem for the love he gave, the laughs he shared, and the strength he showed. His presence will be missed, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
