Authorities are investigating a murder-suicide incident in Dawson County. According to report, Jeremy Koch Kills Wife, Bailey Koch, and Two Sons Hudson and Asher Koch in Cozad, Nebraska.
On the evening of May 9, 2025, law enforcement officials responded to a welfare check in the Johnson Lake area. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the bodies of Jeremy Koch, his wife Bailey Koch, and their two young sons, Hudson and Asher Koch. All four were pronounced dead at the scene.
The Dawson County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the deaths and launched a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. While authorities have not yet released specific details regarding the cause of death or potential motives, they have stated that there is no ongoing threat to the public.
“This is an unimaginable loss for the community,” a spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said. “Our hearts go out to the family, friends, and neighbors of the Koch family during this incredibly difficult time.”
