70-year-old Sandra Bernal has been identified as the deceased victim a two-vehicle fatal crash on Saturday evening. The accident took place at the intersection of U.S. 42 and Richland Road, Spring Valley Township at 6:40 p.m.

According to report, a Toyota Camry heading east on Richland Road approaching the junction of U.S. 42 failed to yield, hitting a Honda Civic heading north on U.S. 42.

The driver of the Camry was transported to Miami Valley Hospital by ground ambulance with serious, life-threatening injuries. Sandra was the passenger in the car.

A 24-year-old Robert Trusty III has sadly passed away. Robert was identified as the person fatally shot in Vero Beach. The shooting occurred in the area of 3100 43rd Street at 8:50 p.m. on Thursday. Multiple law enforcement officials responded to the area for a shooting report.

22-year-old Keianna Hines, of Bryan has sadly passed away. Keianna died after shooting in Bryan. The shooting occurred Monday in the700 block of Dansby Street.

Officers were called to the scene for a shooting report. Upon arrival, they found the woman suffering from gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead hospital. This investigation is active and ongoing.

Travon Depree Holman of Fort Wayne has sadly passed away. 27-year-old Travon died following a shootout near downtown Fort Wayne Friday has been identified. The shooting occurred at the 1100 Block of West Fourth Street.

Emergency service responded to the scene and found a man suffering from multiple apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital where he was later declared dead. Travon cause of death was ruled to be multiple gunshot wounds, and the manner of death is homicide.
